This site and its advertising partners do not offer a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
1. What This Website Is
This private reference site is independent of every government office. It does not store official criminal records, conduct an official check, retrieve a file, or submit documents for a visitor.
Its role is limited to identifying Chambers County record custodians, including the sheriff, Circuit Clerk, ALEA Criminal Records Identification Unit, and Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Sex Offender Registry, and providing links to outside research tools.
2. Rules for Using This Site

Registry information is supplied for safety awareness, not retaliation or vigilante conduct. Misuse of Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Sex Offender Registry information may violate Alabama law.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create a background check, credit report, or other consumer report. Site or linked-tool data must not be used to:
- Decide whether to hire or fire someone
- Screen potential renters or housing applicants
- Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
- Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
- Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules
A check for an FCRA-regulated purpose must come from an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider. ALEA official criminal-history channels have their own eligibility and use rules.

Site content is general information, not legal advice. Only a licensed Alabama attorney can assess how a Chambers County charge, warrant, conviction, or expungement rule applies to a particular situation.
